Jessika Laudermilk is the assistant vice president of Honda National Auto Sales for American Honda Motor Co., Inc., (AHM), responsible for leading U.S. sales activities for the Honda automobile brand.
Laudermilk joined Honda in 2018 as the assistant zone manager for Business Improvement within the Honda Auto Sales Division. In this role she worked with Honda dealers in Southern California on digital marketing initiatives and strategies across dealer advertising, including both regional dealer network and local retail marketing efforts.
In July 2019, she became the assistant zone manager of Market Representation, responsible for guiding the dealer network that represents the Honda automobile brand to success.
In December 2019, Laudermilk took on the role as manager of Honda Regional Marketing within Honda Marketing, overseeing the Honda brand strategy for regional automotive advertising and marketing.
In April 2021, she became senior manager of Honda Marketing, leading general and multicultural marketing for Honda automobiles, including brand and product advertising, regional marketing and supporting Honda dealer advertising associations.
In November 2022, Laudermilk was promoted to assistant vice president of the Marketing Division, overseeing marketing operations for both the Honda and Acura automobile brands.
In June 2024, Laudermilk took on her current role as assistant vice president, Honda National Auto Sales.
Prior to joining American Honda, Laudermilk held multiple roles within the automobile industry in sales, parts and service, distribution and marketing.
Laudermilk received a B.A. in Business Marketing from Indiana University.
